CHANGE FILE for RD1204

The original schedule file used incorrect names for four sources in the
definition of the scans ($SKED portion of the schedule). With the incorrect
names the .skd file would not DRUDG properly, terminating after encountering
the first incorrect source name. The four source names have been corrected 
in the new version. No other changes have been made.
